Senior Support Worker Location: Maes-Y-Coed, Pembroke Dock Full Time: 45.5 hours per week Hourly Rate: £12.50 to £13.75.

You willbe assisting in the day to day management of the home and help continueto improvethe lives of the individuals we support. You will play a vital rolein boththe home and wider organisation, acting as a positive role model toboth staffand our supported individuals.

At Maes Y Coed we support adults with complex needs associated with autism. We embrace sector-leading practice and blend education, care and therapeutic support to provide tailor-made placements for unique individuals. Our service is set in idyllic grounds and will support 5 individuals living in their own apartments. Each apartment has its own garden space and has good access to local amenities, countryside and beaches.

A day in the life of a Senior Support Worker with Orbis Education andCare Involves:
1. Act as shift leader
2. Assist in ensuringservice scouring standards are maintained.
3. Participating in the on-call rota.
4. Assist in reporting and evidence gathering activities.
