The role:
The role on offer is working within the Tenant Recharging Team, which services ZTP’s mutli-site corporate clients. With sites all over the UK, our clients require a high level of service to help them to reach their goals and rectify any issues that arise on their accounts from day to day.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Initially the role will involve:
*Working through the ZTP training program modules to gain and understanding of our systems and how we operate.
*Learning your way around the software platforms, from a client facing and internal management perspective.
*Gaining in depth knowledge of the commercial energy market and ZTP’s services.
*Responding to client requests and requirements as they occur.
*Liaising with national and international clients in person and on the phone about various projects.
*Representing ZTP as a capable and reliable person for our clients to rely on.
Moving forward the job will also include:
*Raising & calculating monthly/quarterly/annual tenant recharge reports.
*Reviewing, uploading and validating monthly meter readings from sites
*Responding to client/tenant queries on recharges
*Working with your recharge colleagues to produce the reports in a timely manner
*Working with your line manager to raise issues and discuss solutions
*Raising and responding to tasks within the ZTP systems
*Monthly KPI Reporting
*Working with the data team to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
*Working with ZTP in house software developers to enhance our systems from a recharging perspective by designing new system functionality or enhancing API links with third parties.
*Assisting ZTP and our clients to reach our Net Zero targets.
Person Specification:
First of foremost, we are seeking someone who is driven and proactive, able to identify what the client needs and responds before being asked.
Experience Required:
Essential:
*Strong Knowledge of the energy industry
*Experience working with corporate clients
Desired:
*Energy brokerage/consultancy experience is desired

Education and Qualification Requirements:
*A-Levels
*GCSE's (English & Maths)
