Interview date: 11 April 2025 Main duties of the job To provide an administrative support to the Paediatric service and our patients. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of work is undertaken to ensure patients are seen in a timely manner, in the right place by the right person. You will have responsibility for the patient tracking waiting list (outpatient waiting list), validating and ensuring accuracy. The postholder will have direct contact with families, providing them with information and support. You will work as part of a high functioning, effective team, supporting consultants and clinicians as well as team members. You will need to be proficient in organisational skills, communication, working on your own initiative, be empathetic and proactive.
