Qualifications & Requirements:
* Qualifications:
* Level 5 NVQ in Leadership and Management or equivalent (desirable).
* Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare / Children’s and Young People’s Workforce or equivalent.
* Experience: Proven experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager or Deputy Manager, meeting Schedule 2 of the Children’s Homes Regulations.
