We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to join our team in Coventry.
Jurni are the industry’s leading minibus experts that schools, colleges and academies trust and love. The Jurni Minibus Team have over 20 years combined experience providing customers with all the expertise and dedicated support they need.
The starting salary for this role is £30,000 per annum with a generous commission package.
Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Work with customers to determine their needs, explain product value, and then discuss the right product to ensure we meet their demands.
* Use company literature and available training resources to stay up to date on product features.
* Demonstrate superior time management skills and meet sales deadlines.
* Create positive and lasting relationships with vendors and suppliers and build relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
* Answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Have a clear understanding of FCA Guidelines.
Skills and Requirements
* A strong attention to detail.
* Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Must have a sales personality and a hunger to chase and close new business from both our existing client bank and the generation of new leads.
* Good time management and organisational skills.
* Experience of working within the Vehicle Leasing Industry/Motor industry is essential.
