A strong track record of working with cross-functional teams and senior management/stakeholders is essential. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI is necessary, as you will be expected to create reports and dashboards. Excellent written and oral communication skills are crucial, including the ability to prepare formal presentations and reports, along with strong negotiating skills. We prefer candidates with PRINCE2 Foundation Level certification and experience in the Public Sector.
In this role, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring their timely and budget-compliant delivery. You will provide high-level service delivery in line with our organisation's policies and procedures and oversee business improvement projects while ensuring resource availability and alignment with customer priorities. Collaboration with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements and document processes will be a key part of your duties. You will identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation, translating requirements into functional specifications. Conducting data analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, and BI to support business decisions and monitor performance will also be essential. Additionally, you will track project milestones, risks, and deliverables, coordinating with the Business Transformation team and facilitating meetings and workshops for effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
