How Does Our Application Process Work?
Here’s what to expect in our application process:
1. Apply Online: Submit your CV and answer a few quick questions to get started.
2. Short Pre-Recorded Video Interview: If shortlisted, you’ll be invited to complete a brief pre-recorded video interview. This is your chance to introduce yourself and give us a sense of your personality and enthusiasm for the role.
3. Initial Interview and Online Assessment: After the video interview, we’ll arrange an initial interview with a member of our Talent Team and send you an online assessment to complete.
4. Group Assessment Day: Join us on 11 or 12 December at our Manchester office (M1 4DY). You’ll take part in a group exercise and roleplay activity alongside candidates for our Customer Renewals roles. This is your chance to show us your skills and experience IRIS’s culture firsthand!
