We Are Looking For: • Individuals with a NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent. • At least 2 years of experience in a care setting, with a knack for leadership and staff management. • Strong interpersonal skills to manage business relationships within the public sector. • Proficiency in using modern scheduling systems and robust ICT skills.
