The business:
Streamline Corporate is a fast moving, high growth business, presently £12 m turnover, working predominately in a B2B environment.

The Head of Finance will work closely with our Managing Director and leadership team, to continue supporting Streamline’s overall business objectives and growth trajectory.

The role:
* As the no1 in Finance, support the entire financial operations of the business
* Work closely with the Managing Director and the rest of the Senior Leadership Team
* Provide effective management of the organisation’s financial resources
* Develop and oversee financial strategies, processes, and controls to support organisational goals while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Build and maintain robust relationships with key external stakeholders
* Drive financial analysis, management reporting, budgeting, working capital management
* Part of the core leadership group on the Business Central (ERP) Implementation project
* Evaluate and implement financial systems and tools
* Lead, manage and coach the members of the Finance team
* Manage company financial and business activity reports whilst meeting key financial ratio targets.
* Responsibility for instigating practices to monitor costs and provide management and cover for the Finance function.
The person:
* A CCAB qualified accountant (ICAS, ICAEW, ICAI, ACCA, CIMA)
* A professional, high-quality background and a sense of ambition
* Demonstrating a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, honesty and integrity
* Strong leader with management experience and ability to inspire and motivate
* Hands on with strong execution capability and a track record of driving commercial and financial performance
* Strong influencing and communication skills
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
* Collaborates with other areas of the business.
