To be responsible for the preparation, submission, representation, collation, report preparation and administration for the departmental meetings related to QSI To be responsible for ensuring the preparation, submission, representation, collation, report preparation and administration for the appropriate departmental meetings To understand the requirement and timescales for Care Quality Commission (CQC), Quality Standard for Imaging (QSI), and other relevant accreditation schemes To support the Senior Management Team for Radiology and Nuclear Medicine in the collation of evidence and completion / submission of documents to achieve QSI accreditation To facilitate the services-controlled documents and the issue of reminders to document owners when they require updating. elibrary, Radbase and other document control systems (e.g. SharePoint, QPulse). To have administrator access to the web-based assessments on the QSI website, maintaining the access and passwords of the services users on that site. To facilitate timely review of department risk register and ensure compliance with review dates To be a point of contact for the QSI Partner in the absence of the Band 7 QSI Lead and Governance Superintendent Radiographer.
