CMI Database Administrator
We have an opportunity for a CMI Database Administrator/Conflicts of Interest Co-ordinator to join our Bristol office on a full-time (35 hours per week) basis.
Is This Your Next Career Move?
In this role, you'll support and review the creation of client and matter records, chase and coordinate the resolution of matters on hold, and set up the Intapp Open (matter creation) dashboard for new team members. You'll advise staff on tasks in Intapp Open and the firm's database, Infor, update client and matter data for accurate billing, and review and maintain existing data. You'll also support data cleaning initiatives to improve data integrity, contribute to the manual of CMI tasks, and help test and implement modifications to the Intapp Open database.
As our main point of contact for inquiries, you'll reactivate and reopen files, update job titles, manage records of deceased contacts, and handle the deletion and movement of prospects in backend Infor. You'll also set up new matter contracts, answer and make phone calls, and create and amend memo templates on our service desk software.
For conflict searches, you'll advise staff on conducting "pre-flight" conflict checks, process conflict search requests, and ensure all required information is provided. You'll identify potential conflicts of interest through effective searches, liaise with colleagues, and coordinate the resolution of potential conflicts of interest. You'll also maintain and contribute to the conflict search manual.
On the team front, you'll oversee daily administrative tasks, support, train, and delegate work to colleagues, and liaise between administrative staff and senior management.
