Role: Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Contract: Full time

Salary: £100 - £120 per day

We are working with a fantastic special school that provides tailored learning experience for students with diverse educational needs. They are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Level 3 Teaching Assistant to play a key role in supporting students both academically and socially.
About The Role:
* Lead pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects, ensuring an engaging and structured learning experience
* Provide 1:1 and small group support, helping students develop their confidence and independence
* Assist in managing a variety of complex needs, including supporting non-verbal students and those with significant learning difficulties
* Work closely with teachers to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Support students in both academic and social development, helping them thrive in their education journey
Who We’re Looking For:
This role is perfect for:
* Experienced Teaching Assistants (Level 3 or 4) looking to further their career in SEND
* Individuals with a passion for SEN, who have strong classroom management and the ability to inspire and engage students
* Those with experience supporting students with autism, communication needs or complex learning difficulties
