As we gear up for the FIFA Club World Cup 2025, we are looking for a talented Product Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a global brand, driving content strategy and production for one of the most exciting sporting events of the year.
As a Production Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of DAZN’s broadcast and production operations for the FIFA Club World Cup. You will support the production team by managing logistics, coordinating schedules, and liaising with internal teams and external partners. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in sports, live broadcasting, or major event production.
Key responsibilities
* Coordinate production schedules, crew assignments, and on-site logistics to ensure seamless operations
* Support the booking and management of production staff, commentators, and technical crews
* Work with the Travel Manager to arrange flights, hotels, ground transport, and per diems for production personnel
* Assist in tracking and distributing production assets, ensuring all necessary equipment is delivered and operational
* Maintain production documents, call sheets, schedules, and distribute timely updates to key stakeholders
* Support budget management, including expense tracking, invoicing, and cost reconciliation
* Provide real-time assistance to production teams during live broadcasts, troubleshooting any logistical issues that arise
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in production coordination, preferably within live sports broadcasting, media, or events
* Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and last-minute changes with precision
* Excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate across teams, vendors, and stakeholders
* Familiarity with broadcast production workflows, technical equipment, and media logistics is a plus
* Quick thinker with a proactive approach to handling production challenges.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and production management tools
* Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends, during the tournament
