Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification
* Lead, manage and motivate a Team Sales Executives to achieve/exceed sales targets
* Alongside the Centre Manager, plan and implement promotional activities and campaigns to ensure KPIs and Sales targets are met.
* Monitor and manage stock.
* Lead Management, increasing CRM and defining sales processes
* Ensure the proper and accurate use of all business systems throughout the team.
* Maintain your own product knowledge and show an awareness of competitor activity.
