Location: Ampleforth College
Hours: Tuesday 08.30 – 17.00 & Friday 08.00 – 16.30, 34 weeks per year (term-time plus 2 weeks).

We are looking for the right candidate to join the team and provide specialist administrative support to assist the College in meeting our statutory obligations regarding school attendance and student supervision and provide administrative support to specific departments, including the Games Department.
Do you have a good level of computer literacy with knowledge of MS Word, Excel, database management, website and PowerPoint?
The ideal candidate will possess a ‘can do’ approach to their role, with good organisational and planning skills whilst being tactful, diplomatic and discreet.
