Job Description:
The Transport Administrator will be responsible for working, in a timely manner, with the site management team to deliver on the ground execution of the transport plan.
The individual will be responsible for supporting the on-shift planner and operations team through a range of activities including booking of inbound and outbound loads.
Booking management: maintain detailed centralised records of all inbound and outbound booking and their references. This is to include but not limited to:
* Cold store bookings
* Inbound Stock transfers from MP Grantham and Pilgrims Ruskington
* Outbound Tempering to Grantham
* Outbound customer collections
* Customer Delivery Bookings
The individual will also have responsibility for department Key performance indicators reporting on weekly/monthly basis Delivery on time tracker/Dashboard and front desk support.
The role will report directly to the Site lead Anwick and will play a key role in making the Moy Park Logistics a “Best in Class” operation.
Please note that this role is a temporary fixed term position.
