PURPOSE
The purpose of this document is to help prospective team members better understand the role and responsibilities of the position of Global Data Excellence Lead at OpenDoor, WPP’s bespoke global operating model for Amazon.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our OpenDoor team as an EMEA Data Excellence Executive. This is a full-time position based in EMEA. This role plays a crucial part in supporting WPP's mission to deliver consistency, delivery excellence, and best-in-class service for Amazon in every country across its diverse businesses, including XCM, Prime Video, and RMI.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage the delivery of weekly dashboards that evaluate datasets for quality and accuracy.
* Data cleansing - identifying, assessing and resolving any data quality issues.
* Engage with stakeholders proactively to address poor data quality root causes and recommend improvements.
* Engage cross-discipline teams in the importance of data excellence and uplift data literacy across the business.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in working in large multi-market and networked teams essential.
* Media capability, with strong data and analytics literacy.
* Good vocal communication with the ability to communicate with all stakeholders at varying levels.
* Solutions-oriented and high levels of organization.
