Now we are looking for a Customer Success Project Manager who will build, keep and improve strong connections with our customers.
What You Will Be Doing:
* Drive revenue growth through sales funnel optimization and improving conversion rates.
* Monitor industry trends in either gambling or trading sectors to inform product development and market strategy.
* Conduct analysis of markets, identifying opportunities and process gaps.
* Lead cross-functional initiatives between Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to enhance customer experience.
* Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for entering new market segments, focusing on either gambling or trading domains.
* Create data-driven recommendations for process improvements and product development based on market analysis.
About You:
* Demonstrate significant experience in either trading or gambling industries, while possessing a deep understanding of market dynamics.
* Command fluent English skills.
* Show a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
* Exhibit excellence in cross-functional collaboration and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
* Possess expert knowledge in sales funnels and customer success metrics in B2B environments.
* Apply strong analytical skills combined with excellent project management abilities.
