Description Ryanair’s Materials department have a fantastic opportunity to join our ever-growing team. We have an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to be a part of the biggest airline in Europe. We are looking for someone to provide material administrative support to our current material teams. We are recruiting for someone to join our materials team in Prestwick and as part of this team you will be a key member within our supply chain operation, supporting ongoing material activities. Essential Duties Include But Not Limited To Assisting the Materials department in the cycle of materials to support the line and base maintenance operation Assisting in the control of logistics in terms of imports / exports KPI data processing Invoice processing Manage phone calls and e-mail correspondence with suppliers Ensuring aircraft materials are supplied, dispatched and expedited on time and in full support for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities Constant communications with Vendors and stake holders to achieve required results Ensuring costs and spend is being controlled Providing administration support to Material Purchasing, Repair and logistic teams Processing administrative data and information Understanding and developing current processes to drive improvement Requirements Must have previous office / administrative experience Proactive, positive approach, with a can-do attitude Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on own initiative and work without direct supervision Must be organized and have the ability to manage time and priorities Must be a team player A strong knowledge of Microsoft packages – Outlook, Excel, Word Must be organized and have the ability to manage time and priorities Benefits In addition to offering successful candidates the opportunity to work within the aviation industry, we also offer- Structured career growth.
