Cognica are looking for a Sales Administrator (part time up to 30 hours per week) to join the busy Sales Team. You will be required to come into the office in Swindon periodically as and when required but the majority of the time you will be able to work from home.
Based in the Sales department, you will be reporting to the Commercial Services Manager and working alongside the Sales Team. This role will involve participation in a range of sales admin to support the efficient operations of the sales team activities and assist with achievement of the company sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Customers
* Support to ensure a pipeline of new project prospects is maintained and kept up to date.
* Support the sales team with client liaison e.g. enquiries, proposals, orders & contracts.
* Support the sales team with maintenance of sales documents e.g. templates, forms, infographics.
* Proactively support achievement of team goals and targets.
* Support with managing and maintaining sales data in our CRM and ERP systems.
Events and Marketing
* Support with organising sales events, exhibitions and meetings/travel arrangements for the sales team, liaising with RSK systems as necessary.
* Attendance and participation at sales events and exhibitions.
* Support regular production of products and services case studies.
Person Specification:
* General knowledge of the construction industry O&M manuals and associated documentation.
* Excellent communicator, with fluent verbal English.
* High degree of accuracy with written text.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Good organisation skills.
* Competent user of O365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
* Able to follow procedures and processes with ease.
* Excellent team player.
