Job Summary:
As a Business Development Executive, you will support the Business Development Manager in driving the companys growth. Your role will involve managing key administrative tasks, assisting with business development strategies, and ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day business development operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Oversee the administrative functions of business development, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, managing correspondence, and maintaining CRM systems. You will also assist in preparing sales forecasts, reports, and analyses for the Business Development Manager.
ITAD Sales and Account Management: Apply your knowledge of ITAD sales and account management to help build and nurture strong client relationships.
Technical Sales: Use your technical sales expertise to understand client needs and recommend the most appropriate IT solutions.
Customer Relationship Management: Support the strengthening of existing client relationships by addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Reporting: Assist in preparing regular sales forecasts and reports for the Sales Director, contributing to the companys strategic planning.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Development Executive with strong administrative and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally within the IT lifecycle industry or a related sector.
Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks and client accounts effectively, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with clients and colleagues at all levels.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with various software applications and sales tools, including CRM systems.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in reports and documentation.
Self-Motivation: The ability to work independently, set personal goals, and stay driven to achieve them.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues, contributing to a positive work environment.
