The purpose of the role is to manage the finance team, driving continuous improvement, robust controls and risk management processes, whilst providing insightful performance analysis.

3. Curious, ability to implement change, drive teams in a continuous improvement culture
4. A track record of developing and delivering effective business partnering, through insightful analysis and reporting
5. Strategic thinker, good organisational skills, able to multitask.
6. Previous experience of implementing a new ERP an advantage
7. Experience in a multi-currency environment
8. Previous experience of SAP an advantage
Qualifications
1. ACA preferred, ACCA or CIMA considered
2. 5+ years post qualification experience
Will be required to travel approximately once a month to our Newmarket site, or more frequently if circumstances require.
