We are currently looking for a Full Time Assistant Property & Estates Manager to assist our Head of Property & Estates in managing the facilities and estate infrastructure of a large visitor attraction. The role includes administrative support, compliance management, people leadership, and hands-on maintenance. You will be focused on delivering high standards across the site and exploring opportunities for solutions within set budgets and timeframes.
You will work closely with a range of individuals within the Museum, including the in-house maintenance team (for whom you will be responsible), volunteer teams, and outside contractors. You will need to be able to work well in a team as well as unsupervised.
You will have an appropriate trade qualification or relevant experience in managing properties & estates, along with great team leadership and organisational skills. You should possess the ability to prioritise a busy workload while maintaining a strong attention to detail. A positive approach and a 'can do' attitude with a willingness to be flexible and 'get stuck in' as needed are essential.
