Work Location
We offer either a remote work from home set-up, hybrid arrangements using co-working spaces local to you, or days in our Birmingham office. We are fully flexible and would not want the location of candidates to be a barrier
Your mission
Prospecting and lead generation
* Identifying prospects for the company to target with new business activity - customer side only
* Utilising tools such as Rocket Reach to conduct own research based on topic areas and relevant job titles
* Working with SAP and partners to gain wish lists for Customer attendees to events
Customer sales and outreach
* Conducting sales activity via email and over the phone for past delegates and hot leads
* Utilise HubSpot to monitor sales activity, recording notes where relevant against pipeline
* Closing deals are per event plan to meet set targets
* Ensuring a certain percentage of customers attendees per event
Audience development
* Determining lead quality and setting up initial sales activity for new business
* Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their day-to-day roles, challenges, and how SAP solutions align with their needs.
* Developing a key understanding of core topic areas, how they relate to our audience and which events are suitable for attendance and why
* Working closely with Marketing to offer relevant content and campaigns to targeted customers
Post-event follow-up and database management
* Following a post event process to add new leads to the database to maximise reach for future content and events
* Ensuring data is always kept clean by updating information as and where relevant
Performance monitoring and reporting
* Managing personal pipeline - with look to cross sell where possible/relevant
* Monitor and evaluate engagement metrics, such as customer acquisition via call/email outreach and pipeline closures
* Report back to marketing on the effectiveness of engagement strategies and recommend improvements to drive better results. Creating a feedback loop across the team
Your profile
This role is crucial in fostering meaningful relationships with our customers, enhancing their experience, and driving long-term loyalty. The Customer Engagement Coordinator will lead initiatives to connect with customers, identifying new customer opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and ensuring customer participation at events, while supporting the growth of our business through strategic engagement and retention efforts.
