Job Title: Systems Engineers

Salary: £47,683 to £52,426 (Commensurate with skills and experience)
About the Role:
As a Systems Engineer, you will lead customer-facing interactions, understanding requirements and involving customers in product development. You will influence a diverse community of engineers and interface with non-engineering functions across the business. Key responsibilities include managing teams and senior stakeholders, collaborating with other Engineering Leads on integration lifecycle projects, and developing engineering products that meet standards and customer needs.
Your Skills and Experience:
* Degree in STEM discipline or HND/HNC with engineering lifecycle experience
* Evidence-based experience in engineering integration environments (Aerospace, Automotive, Rail, and Nuclear Industries)
* Model-Based Engineering expertise, including Teamcenter PLM, DOORs, CAMEO, MATLAB, ANSYS
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Excellent communication skills across all levels
* Self-starter and team player with ability to work effectively in a team
* Accreditation to INCOSE or equivalent desirable but not essential
