Senior Physiotherapist - MSK/Orthopaedic Outpatients The Park Hospital 22.5 hours & Permanent Salary: Up to £43,947.50 FTE per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification) The Park Hospital in Nottingham is part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country. We have an opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department. This is a part- time role for 22.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. Duties of this role include: Independently assess and treat patients with more complex needs across inpatient or outpatient settings. Develop individualised treatment plans using a variety of physiotherapy techniques to optimise recovery, function, and independence. Monitor patient progress and adapt interventions accordingly, ensuring high standards of clinical care. Manage a designated caseload efficiently, prioritising based on clinical urgency and discharge planning needs. Liaise with the multidisciplinary team to support safe, effective, and timely patient care. Contribute to continuity of care by supporting patient transitions between services. Applicants should meet the following criteria: HCPC-registered Physiotherapist. Solid post-registration experience across a range of clinical areas. Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities. Commitment to team working and service improvement.
