Main duties and purpose of the role : Excellent communication skills with a passion for the highest quality of guest services Minimum of 1 years’ experience managing in a Food and beverage setting, with proven results. Lead the department the Restaurant team in breakfast, lunch and dinner service whilst also overseeing room service and supporting other Food and Beverage operations The ability to manage, motivate & delegate tasks to your team Ensure Brand standards are followed as well as enhanced and developed. To monitor stocks and ensure orders are places in a timely manner. Effective time management and able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment. To ensure the team is able to manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner To ensure cleaning schedules are in place and followed by the team To ensure all relevant legislation and procedures in food safety and liquor licensing is followed by all the team at all times To deputise for the Elements Restaurant Manager in their absence.
