Job Description
* Plan, implement and prioritise data-led commercial initiatives, with a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights and adapt marketing strategies to enhance performance.
* Excellent communication skills and an ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders at all levels, including the executive team.
* Excellent analytical and organisational skills, able to manage multiple responsibilities and projects.
* Develop and implement omnichannel media strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and KPIs.
* Stay ahead of media trends, identifying new opportunities to enhance client campaigns and drive results.
* Work with external suppliers (PPC, SEO and affiliate agencies as well as copywriters and content producers). Key digital channels you'll take ownership of are SEO, Paid and Email.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven track record of boosting performance across SEO, Paid Channels and email.
* Team management and supplier management experience.
* Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
* Deep expertise in digital media platforms, attribution models, and performance tracking.
* While a strategic leader, you're also willing to roll up your sleeves and be hands-on when needed.
