The Role: Prepare and deliver accurate financial and regulatory reports in compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with various departments, including Financial Control, External Reporting, Financial Planning & Performance Analysis, Tax, and Treasury, to ensure cohesive financial management. Develop financial insights and analysis to inform decision-making and drive business performance. The Person: Qualifications: Recognised accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA). Experience: Background in an accountancy firm or finance function, with strong proficiency in Excel and financial modelling tools. Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen business acumen to drive performance improvements. Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
