We are currently looking to recruit DSEAR Project Engineer to join our E&M division based in Glasgow. The DSEAR Project Engineer will be responsible for assisting in all delivery preparation activities in and during operational life of programmed work. In your role as a DSEAR Project Engineer, you will provide full project guidance & reporting and support the senior DSEAR Engineer Main Duties and responsibilities Write detailed and accurate risk assessment and method statements (RAMS). Undertake site surveys, taking measurements, photos, asking questions of operations, understanding of process, assessing access and egress. Resolve technical and logistical issues as they arise. Supporting the sites’ needs, material, labour, resources, plant Drive and lead procurement of materials through creation and review of bill of materials. Evaluate, organise and prioritise workload within the schedule. Attend client meetings. Liaise with clients. Regularly reporting projects progress and updates to Senior Management. Programme management: adherence to programmes and report to management on any discrepancies. Deputise and pick up line management duties of the Senior Engineer where required. Ensuring compliance with DSEAR & HSE regulations. To provide support to management team. Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations. To be considered for this position you will have at least 2-3 years previous experience within a similar Project engineering role ideally within an engineering or similar industry background. You will be ideally qualified to degree level within a engineering discipline and have previous experience of DSEAR or Compex regulations which is essential for the position. Previous knowledge of the water or water waste industry would be beneficial within the role. Driving to various sites across the country is essential within the role so a full UK driving license is essential.
