We are currently recruiting for an Administration professional ready to provide essential administrative support to the wider team. This role is crucial for ensuring effective communication and operational efficiency across various departments. Ideal candidates will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Day-to-day of the role:
1. Serve as the day-to-day office contact for the team, providing ad hoc administrative support and taking ownership of tasks through to resolution.
2. Organise and coordinate Manager events, webinars, and recruitment, including managing attendees, catering, equipment, and resources.
3. Update and maintain Manager guidelines, manuals, and documents on the internal System.
4. Support with the allocation of Meet and Greets at departure locations and assist with the production of reports.
5. Book and amend Manager accommodation as required, liaising with suppliers and internal departments.
6. Provide support to other areas of the Operations Team as required with a cross-functional and flexible approach to work activities.
