About the Role: As Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of multiple entities within the group. This is a hands-on role where the pace is fast, and the stakes are high. You will be expected to ensure precise financial reporting, implement strong internal controls, and provide strategic insights to support business decisions in a challenging environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead the financial accounting function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, while balancing multiple priorities. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for various entities, ensuring deadlines are met under pressure. Monitor cash flow, budget variances, and financial performance to support rapid decision-making. Collaborate with department heads to track departmental budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with fast-changing priorities. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards in a high-demand environment. Oversee external audits and tax filings, managing relationships with auditors and tax advisors. Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members, encouraging resilience and excellence within a high-performance culture. About You: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ACA or ACCA qualification preferred. Proven experience in a Financial Controller or similar role, ideally within a multi-entity, fast-paced, or complex environment. Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards, with an ability to navigate challenging situations. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide actionable insights in a time-sensitive manner. Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage expectations under pressure.
