XPS Group is a leading UK consulting and administration business specialising in the pensions and insurance sectors. Our Self Invested Pensions business continues to grow, and we are now looking for a Pensions Administrator to join our vibrant Stirling office with hybrid working. This role would suit someone with previous experience in a similar pensions or office administration role and knowledge of MS Office products.
The Team
XPS Self Invested Pensions is an award-winning SIPP and SSAS pension provider, trustee, and administrator, with over 110 staff managing over 9,000 clients and assets worth over £4.2bn.
The Role
As a Pensions Administrator - Self Invested Pensions, you will:
* Demonstrate ownership over all queries and issues raised
* Ensure fee management principles are adhered to
* Actively update Swift or SSASMAN plus all relevant databases
* Ensure Compliance and SIP department processes are followed
* Attend client meetings as required
* Maintain high-quality work that meets department standards
* Adhere to portfolio management principles and professional writing standards
* Be aware of all types of Self Investment, including Property, Member Benefits, Transfers, Retirements, Deaths, Divorce, Protection, Lifetime and Annual Allowance
* Work with your manager and as part of a team to achieve targets
* Participate in project work/adhoc tasks as required
Your Profile
Essential Criteria
* Grade 4/C in Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
* Previous experience in a similar pensions or office administration role
* Knowledge and experience of MS Office Products, including proficiency in Excel and Word
* Strong organisation and communication skills
* A can-do attitude and willingness to learn and develop
Desirable Criteria
* Experience in Portfolio Management and Problem Solving
* Previous Self Invested Pensions experience
