We are looking for a International Student Advisors to join our team.
You will contribute to Kaplan’s success by providing industry-leading customer service to prospective students as well as their parents, guardians or sponsors on study options at our pathway colleges in the UK and by helping students move from the initial stages of their application journey to enrolment. You will have excellent customer service skills and will relish the opportunity to represent and cultivate a high-value, premium brand product.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as a Customer Service Advisor, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

What you’ll bring to the role
1. A university degree, ideally from a country other than your native country.
2. Strong proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
3. Demonstrable track record in a sales or customer service role and experience working towards team and individual targets.
4. Enthusiasm for outbound sales, putting your influencing skills to good use.
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills through telephone, email, WhatsApp, Live Chat, and other platforms.
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to learn multiple products quickly.
7. Exceptional customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile for students and their parents, sponsors and guardians.
