Axcis Education are excited to offer a new job at a lovely mainstream secondary school in Stroud. The role is working 1:1 with a student who has complex needs and ASD. This role would be perfect for someone who has previous experience working with individuals with SEND. The school has a fantastic support structure, offers excellent resources for all staff that work there and really pride themselves on being a positive work environment. Working hours for this role are between 8.15 to 3.15 and the daily rate of pay starts at £93.48. In this role you will be working closely with the student to help progress their academic achievement while also ensuring their individual needs are met. This can include using various strategies such as differentiating schoolwork, allowing the student to have regular breaks and out of lesson interventions to support their wellbeing therefore experience of the secondary school curriculum is essential.
