Our Wokingham service is looking for a full time Clinical Lead to help develop and drive innovative clinical practice. The successful post holder will be RMN/RGN qualified, with a supplementary/independent non-medical prescribing (NMP) qualification. The post will involve carrying out NMP duties including prescribing Opiate Substitute Therapy and managing alcohol detoxification processes and enhancing our harm reduction offer. The role also requires enthusiasm and commitment to lead and deliver new clinical initiatives in line with organisational policy and to provide clinical lead support across the Berkshire locality when required.
You will have experience of prescribing opiate substitute medication within a substance misuse service and will have a good working knowledge of current guidance and how this applies within services. You will be passionate about supporting people who use our service to achieve their goals and make positive changes to their lives.
