We are seeking a proactive and experienced Admin Support Manager to join our Clothing Head Office team. This role will provide crucial administrative support to our two Lead Regional Managers and ensure smooth operations within the retail division. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the business, processes, and systems within the Clothing division, and be an expert in using PowerPoint and Excel to deliver high-quality, impactful reports and presentations. The person in this role will help drive strategic planning, reporting, and overall team efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2. At least 5 - 7 years in an administrative or support role, preferably in retail or clothing.
3. Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) and PowerPoint (creating professional presentations).
4. Understanding of retail operations, processes, and systems within the clothing division.

12. PowerPoint Presentations: Design professional, clear, and engaging PowerPoint presentations for the Lead Regional Managers to support internal and external meetings, reviews, and strategic discussions.
13. Retail Calendar Management: Maintain and track the annual retail calendar to ensure key dates, events, and deadlines are met, coordinating with various teams to plan effectively.
14. Prioritization and Planning: Proactively assist in identifying key priorities and aligning activities for the retail year. Ensure all team members and departments are aligned and prepared for key initiatives.
15. Process and Systems Expertise: Leverage strong knowledge of our processes and systems to streamline operations, identify areas of improvement, and support the regional managers in maintaining efficiency.
16. General Administrative Support: Provide overall administrative support to the Lead Regional Managers, helping with project coordination, people-related matters, communication, and any ad-hoc tasks as needed.
