Regional Business Development Executive, Telecommunications sector - Salary £36,000 p.a. with OTE of £80,000
Located in the scenic town of Bridgnorth, Shropshire, their office is less than 30 minutes' drive from Telford, Wolverhampton, Shrewsbury, Kidderminster, Stourbridge, Dudley and Wombourne.
Our client is looking for a self-motivated and confident, gregarious team member who is a great communicator and has a can-do attitude. Reporting to the Sales Director, this is an on-the road-based sales position, identifying new customers and developing a network of business connections in the Shropshire and Black Country regions. No technical or market knowledge of the telecoms sector is needed as full training will be given but they would also be keen to interview candidates with telecoms sales experience.
Things you will be trusted to do:
* Be an engaged networker - attend breakfast clubs, networking events and Chamber meetings
* Call on local business accounts to qualify them for follow-up meetings to develop new sales opportunities for broadband and telephone systems both fixed line and mobile
* Generate new sales leads to create face to face appointments with decision makers to develop solutions
Key skills and experience required:
