What is the role This is an office based role working with the Retail Presentation Manager and store retail teams to provide Visual Merchandising (VM) support to our stores as we continue to grow, expand and improve the aesthetics and experience in store. What you will do Monitor & answer questions and queries from stores regarding Windows, VM Guidelines, Graphics & POS Complete Audits and Store Graphic Requests to ensure stores maintain adequate levels of stocks on vital V.M. equipment/graphics Procurement and supply management of graphic & POS solutions Plan and organise Graphics & POS for a new store Organise & update V.M. Communications & Guidelines as directed by the VM. Manager Work with external print suppliers to identify the best and most cost effective graphic solutions, sourcing new suppliers and negotiating costs when required Provide stores with helpful and timely information regarding Windows, VM & graphics Build and maintain relationships with stores and Area Managers to help support the retail functions of the business Build working relationships with key Head office functions (such as Creative, Design & Marketing) to ensure that retail graphics are current and support the brand direction Manage external business relationships efficiently What you will bring Fluency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Power point Commitment, drive and self-motivation Excellent organisation and time management skills Works well under pressure and meets deadlines Working knowledge and understanding of retail is essential Good understanding of print processes Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Ability to use own initiative High attention to detail Maintains brand consistency and integrity across all communication channels
