Roles And Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual work demand forecasts and budget, analysing past consumption/usage trends and any key assumption setting.
2. Monitor and track the spend of clusters’/agencies’ variable costs, analyse actual vs planned and report to Infra Portfolio governance.
3. Prepare monthly KPI reports and trend analysis to provide analytical insights and highlight key actionable adhoc items/issues for management attention.
4. Work closely with Corp Services team to ensure all reporting requirements and deadlines are met on time.
5. Review and analyse data for reasonableness and errors.
6. Manage data storage and ensure data integrity for accurate reporting purposes.
7. Prepare internal budget review reports for management review.
Requirements / Qualifications
1. Possess a Degree or higher tertiary qualification in Information Technology.
2. More than 6-8 years of relevant working experience and demonstrate an applied knowledge of IT Project Management and Program Management Office (PMO).
3. This role requires a proactive self-starter with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to organise, manage, and prioritise across several ongoing tasks.
4. Experience in managing project/portfolio demand and budgeting matters for large projects in IT companies is an added advantage.
5. Exposure/background in IT infrastructure requirements and operations is a plus.
6. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
7. Ability to be clear and concise in thought process and communication to enable effective stakeholder management.
8. Advanced proficiency with Excel, Power Pivot, VLookup, formulas, and graphs.
9. Comfortable working with large data sets.
10. Good sensing in numbers analysis and logical assessment.
11. Has a keen interest to deep dive into data to shed light on the project.
12. Ability to think logically and always challenge oneself to provide value-added support to stakeholders.
13. Highly motivated and resourceful individual who can work independently.
14. Enjoys teamwork and actively contributes to the team.
