You’ll be working with two Mortgage Advisers, offering protection solutions to clients who are already primed for your services. The Protection Broker Role: As a Protection Broker, you will focus on securing protection policies for clients referred by the Mortgage Advisers and managing out-of-clawback protection leads. This role allows you to work from home, with only a monthly visit to Shrewsbury for team collaboration. The position is ideal for someone located within 80 miles of Shrewsbury, providing flexibility without sacrificing team connection. Protection Broker Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored protection advice to clients in need of life, critical illness, and income protection products. Work closely with two Mortgage Advisers to offer protection solutions to their clients. Manage out-of-clawback protection leads, ensuring policies are maintained and adjusted as necessary. Keep up to date with the latest protection products and regulations to provide accurate and informed advice. Maintain exceptional communication and service standards, ensuring clients understand the protection products available to them. The Protection Broker Package: Salary: up to £30k Commission: 15% uncapped & Annual Bonus Location: Work from home with a monthly visit to Shrewsbury for team collaboration.
