We are looking for caring, honest, innovative individuals to join our dedicated team of Bank Recovery Support colleagues to positively engage with our clients in our 'Enhanced Community Recovery’ supported living service in Hereford.
Hours are flexible; you pick what suits you based on the rota. Shifts include days, sleep-ins, weekends, evenings, and lone working.

About you, about the role:
You may already have experience of providing care to people with mental health support needs, although full training will be given to enable you to provide recovery-focused, person-centred support for our clients to live as independently as possible within the community.
You will already have an understanding of the needs of people living with mental health challenges and their effects, the willingness to learn, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and good I.T. skills, including word processing, databases, and emails. If you have an NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care, that’s great! If not, we will support you in obtaining this and beyond.
