Job Description:
The Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the organization's infrastructure systems. The role involves analyzing requirements, maintaining security, and supporting business transformation initiatives by employing modern digital and technology solutions. Candidates will work across multiple teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with business needs and technological innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Infrastructure Engineering:
Design, implement, and manage robust IT infrastructure systems.
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of infrastructure services.
2. Requirements Analysis:
Assess and analyze business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
3. Security:
Maintain and enhance the security of infrastructure systems.
Ensure systems meet compliance standards and risk management practices.
4. System Data Modeling:
Develop and maintain models for infrastructure data.
Ensure data integrity and optimal performance.
5. Strategic Thinking & Innovation:
Drive innovation through infrastructure improvements.
Develop strategies to ensure infrastructure aligns with future business goals.
6. Change and Transformation:
Lead infrastructure-related change and transformation initiatives.
Support business process re-engineering (BPR) to optimize operational efficiencies.
7. Digital and Technology:
Leverage cutting-edge technology to drive business innovation.
Ensure digital infrastructure supports agile and scalable business operations.
8. Scrum & Agile:
Work within a Scrum framework to manage infrastructure projects.
Collaborate with software development teams to integrate infrastructure with applications.
9. Systems Design:
Develop end-to-end systems designs to meet business and security requirements.
Ensure designs are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
10. Business Acumen:
Apply business understanding to infrastructure decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with business objectives.
11. Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA):
Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate infrastructure investment decisions.
Ensure cost efficiency and value in all projects.
12. IT Governance, Risk, and Controls:
Ensure adherence to IT governance and compliance frameworks.
Identify and mitigate infrastructure risks through effective controls.
Skills & Competencies:
1. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of infrastructure systems, including cloud technologies, networking, security, and databases.
2. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex technical problems and devise efficient solutions.

Qualifications:
