Do you have a valid counterbalance and reach truck licence? We have an opportunity for a temporary Storesperson for our client in Montrose. This role is for 3 months with the possibility to extent to a permanent role. Our client is looking for a dynamic member to join their diverse team. Candidates must have: Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence Willing to be trained on D2 Reach Truck Experience using ERP systems (Desirable) Role Responsibilities: Check accuracy of delivery Transfer Orders and PO lines. Check and confirm materials are as per purchase order; highlight discrepancies to Buyer/QA Dept. Check Transfer Order materials as per TO paperwork and report any discrepancies. Maintain material traceability and log accurate deliveries into WRL. Analyse and upload material certification, informing Quality Assurance of any irregularities. Update Project material document as and when deliveries arrive to eliminate production delays. Store materials in respective designated areas or issue to the relevant team. Pick and issue materials as detailed on a parts list, electronically and physically, ensuring full material traceability. Preserve materials to be held in inventory. Maintain good housekeeping for stores and yard area. Carry out daily forklift inspections, highlighting any areas requiring maintenance or safety risk. Ensure all work and actions undertaken are in full compliance with company policies, procedures, and processes. Load and unload vehicles with Counterbalance FLT. Remove and store materials in the warehouse with D2 Reach Truck, recording locations and entering into the WRL system. Action email requests in a timely manner to eliminate project hold-ups.
