Our client, based in Cambridge, is looking for a Receptionist to join their lovely team. This is a full time role and is office based. The receptionist role is a busy and varied role. Responsibilities will include: Front of house Call answering Post handling Customer service Meeting room management Event hosting Candidates will need to have the following skills and experience: Excellent customer service skills Front of House skills Engaging and welcoming telephone manner Ability to multi-task in a busy environment Great communication skills - both written and spoken Good eye for detail and drive to complete tasks Previous reception experience would be advantageous but not essential
