Your new company Based in Irvine, our client is recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team on a 12-month fixed term contract basis. The contract is Monday - Friday, 8.45am - 5pm. It is advisable but not essential that applicants have access to their own transport. Your new role Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will undertake ownership of a varied workload. Your duties will include; processing purchase invoices, processing sales invoices, reconciliations, handling queries, reporting for management and general associated finance administration. What you'll need to succeed You will have proven successful experience of the above duties. You will be able to work well independently and as part of a team. You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as you will communicate with clients, suppliers and colleagues on a daily basis.
