We carry out multi-disciplinary design packages and support clients with turnkey domain expertise in their teams.
We are currently looking someone to join the People Operations team and contribute to achieve year on year growth.

Job Summary
Day-to-day you will be working in the CORE Business Unit (Commercial, Operations, Resources) and will be required to assist in planning, coordinating and executing the efficient running of our offices and business operations. This will include operational administrative tasks, office management and commercial management.
* Work closely with relevant Team Leaders and Directors to coordinate the orientation, onboarding and induction of new starters and the leavers process.
* Act as the primary point of contact for IT trouble shooting and manage new starter kit set up.
* Work closely with the IT provider to ensure that all new IT is ordered and received according to resource requirements within the business, ensure that all systems (including SharePoint and Teams) are kept up to date, and that SharePoint is organised and user-friendly.
* Excellent Excel skills.
* Research and book team travel arrangements when required .
* Manage the company benefits schemes and programmes.
* Review and approve purchases of IT equipment, PPE, events related costs (including food and beverages).
* Ensure that all relevant documentation (H&S files, Policies, Templates) etc is up to date.
* Monitor and manage the company CV repository, keeping up to date with new CVs received, categorising and converting them to SRC format.
* Oversee, manage and monitor all meeting room bookings for all employees, promoting the use of office workspace across the business.
* Assemble, analyse and update financial information with regard to employees in order to identify trends, provide forecasts and actuals for monthly commercial reviews and quarterly board reviews.
* Manage the Company People Dashboard, including sensitive private and confidential information ensuring this is up to date. Providing regular updates on HR analytics to senior members of staff.
* Manage and monitor office contracts, licenses and industry certificates.
* Manage the employee Training Matrix, book and monitor all relevant training courses for employees.
* Audit project filing and administration specifically to ensure timely completion of documents and lead the annual ISO and RISQS quality audit process.
* Respond to incoming emails and telephone enquiries on behalf of the team and directing them accordingly.
* Manage a small team of People Operations Assistants/Coordinators. Support them in providing guidance and prioritising the team workload.
* Manage a number of Mailboxes daily, ensuring mail is responded to promptly.
* Meeting and greeting visitors to the offices, including executives and external visitors.
* Support Managers with day-to-day activities and the Integrated Business Management process.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills; coupled with an ability to listen

* High level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
* 5+ years’ experience
* Has a strong desire to exceed expectations and deliver work to the highest of standards
* Is data driven, enjoys process and working with technology to create efficient employee processes and procedures
* Is curious, creative and someone who knows how to put people at the centre of a well-designed process
* Has strong knowledge of Microsoft programmes
* Be diligent, efficient and pay great attention to detail to deliver quality support and outputs
