GRADUATE COMPLIANCE TRAINEE – GOOD ACADEMIC RECORD REQUIRED

We are exclusively recruiting for our Client, a Global Online Broker, looking for a trainee Compliance Analyst to join their Compliance Team in London. Assisting the Head of Compliance & MLRO in carrying out a wide variety of broad Compliance activities, duties will include:
* Compliance and AML Monitoring (testing, escalation and report generation) in line with the Regulatory Monitoring Plan;
* Reviewing and approving financial promotions across all media and delivering training;
* Assisting with investigating and resolving client complaints referred to FOS;
* Assisting with the preparation of Compliance policies and procedures;
* Submitting regulatory reports via Gabriel/Connect and co-ordinating other ad hoc regulatory reports;
* Investigating potential sanctions/PEP/Adverse Media matches;
* Carrying out transaction monitoring tasks in accordance with the Transaction Monitoring Policy to ensure the systems and controls to prevent money laundering/financial crime remain adequate;
* Carrying out initial review of any suspicious activity before escalating to the MLRO.
The successful candidate must have a demonstrable interest in Financial Services Compliance, be UK citizens and have a 2.1 from a leading University with at least 3 A & B grades at A-level (please don’t apply if you don’t have – nor any phone calls please for this or any other graduate entry roles). NB Full training provided so fully office based in order to properly learn.
