We’re looking for a Sub Agent to join the Calvert area Earthworks team based in Buckinghamshire. This role is based just outside of Buckingham, due to the remote location, we ask that you hold a full driving license. Our Sub Agent will need to assist with the construction strategy, this includes kick-off meetings, pre-commencement documentation such as Method Statements, Environmental and Quality Plans, Construction programmes, procurement, and design deliverable schedules. You must be able to liaise with our Agent and Section Foreman to allocate labour, plant, materials and temporary works to carry out the activities to the required standards, programme and budget. You'll also m anage the site engineering team and be responsible for the performance and development of site and Section Engineers. You'll be assisting with the co-ordination of construction operations, ensuring they conform to the contract requirements and the required level of safety, health, environment and quality (SHEQ) is a key part of this role. Assistance will also be required with the production of programmes, progress reports, resource and cost plans and contribute to financial forecasting, site measurement, material reconciliations and cost control.
