About the Role:
We are recruiting an HR Officer to join a global manufacturing company based in Lisburn on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional to gain experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while supporting a variety of HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees.

Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Manage employee data and ensure HR systems are up-to-date.

Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Assist with performance management and training initiatives.

Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best HR practices.
*
Handle administrative HR tasks including contracts, absence management, and HR reporting.
Essential Criteria:

Experience working in an HR generalist or associate role.
*
Strong understanding of HR processes and employee relations.
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
*
CIPD qualification or working towards it (desirable but not essential).
